Value for money!
Arrived late but it’s staffed 24 hours so no problem. Was just a stop over from Santander to the south of Spain. Very cheap price and very clean, A/C and free WiFi. Over all excellent value for money.

What was the highlight of Travelodge Madrid Alcalá de Henares
Would stay there again, but go out for breakfast.
The room was lovely, beds were very comfortable. The shower has good pressure and the room was very clean. The area around the hotel was nice. And it was close to the metro/train station.
The breakfast was pretty disappointing for the price. The selection of food was poor. Not much cereal, the hot food was just rubbery eggs. Also my fault, I didn't realise it's not really a tourist area, so most of the restaurants around require Spanish and have very little/no English.

Good
This is a no-frills, functional hotel. It is particularly suitable for stopovers or business travelling. The room was spacious and had all the essentials. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. The restaurant and café on site offer a good service.
The location isn´t the most interesting nor attractive in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), but if you are here on business or en route somewhere else, this hotel is good value for money.
